Description
Jubilee Housing has plans to rehab the existing multi-family building at 1474 Columbia Road NW in Adams Morgan. Each unit at Maycroft Apartments will be reserved for affordable housing, (41-units for households making 30 percent or below AMI, 13 units at 50 percent or below AMI, and 10 units at 60 percent or below AMI). Jubilee received a $7.5 million acquisition loan from the DC Department of Housing and Community Development to preserve affordable housing.
