When completed the subject property will offer 1.2 million square feet of commercial office space, 1700 residential units located at Metro Crossing Apartments, 300,000 square feet of retail, 120,000 square feet allocated for educational facility known at the Owning Mills Learning Center, and 250 room hotel.
