The MetroTowns at Parkside is a mixed income residential community with 83 three bedroom units starting in the $200s. 15 of the homes will be reserved as income restricted properties for residents making between 40-100 percent of the area median income. This development is a public-private partnership development project made possible by the late Abe Pollin, Enterprise Homes Inc., and the City of Washington.
The units that were constructed in phase one of this project are sold out.
