Mill No. 1 was developed by Terra Nova Ventures LLC and designed by Alexander Design Studio. The subject property is a five-story brick building that was original constructed in 1873 and formally known as Mount Vernon Mill No. 1. The redevelopment will convert the old mill into a mixed use development site with 42,000 square feet of office space, 5,100 sq ft of retail and 92 residential apartment units.

Historic Tax Credits were used to subsidize the financing for the construction of this property.
