Description

One Santa Fe is a 510,000 SF mixed use development project in the Arts District of Downtown LA. The development plan includes 438 residential units, 78,000 SF of commercial office and retail space, as well as 50,000 SF of public space.

20 percent of the residential units will be reserved for low-income renters and the developers will designate 3,000 SF for rent-free space for use by local community arts organizations. One Santa Fe will also include space for a grocery store on the ground level.
