Peterson Cos is planning to deliver an 80 unit mixed use condominium project with 9,000 square feet of ground level retail space, and 35 below grade parking spaces in the spring of 2015. The building, located in Adams Morgan, was previously the Ontario Theatre.
The units will include studios ranging from 370 square feet, one-bedrooms from 675 square feet, and two-bedrooms from 980 square feet according to EllisDale.
