Description

Duball will redevelop the old Safeway grocery store in Petworth into a mixed use site with 220 residential housing units, and ground level parking. Duball purchased the rights to develop on the 1.56 acre site from Safeway, however, Safeway will continue to own and care after their store post redevelopment.  

The modern 62,400 sq ft Safeway was designed to cater/complement the neighborhood. There will be approximately 135 below grade parking space, and one level of residential parking on this site as well.
