Description

The Lawrence Group created the vision for the township of Prince Frederick, MD.  The plan includes the development of mixed use neighborhoods and repurposing the existing retail strip centers into walkable places. A retail center known as Armory Square will be created to provide a destination for entertainment, restaurants, and retail shopping.
