Phase 1 of the River Park at Harrison development project will produce 250 residential units. The total development plan calls for 1,200 residences and 500,000 sq ft of commercial space. There are six residential floor plans: The Avon, Boston, Brewster, Gettysburg, Grant, and the Hamilton. When this project is completed in 2014, the River Park at Harrison will create a new neighborhood with a retail center for residents.
