Vision of Victory CDC, The NHP Foundation, and the District Development Group collaborated to construct a 91-unit senior housing facility for the 55+ community. 73 units will be designated for households that make 80 percent or less than the area median income, and 18 units will be reserved for households that make 50 percent or below AMI.

The Roundtree Residences will have 80 one-bedroom units and 11 two-bedroom units when completed in 2014.
