Description

The Avenue is a 83 unit apartment complex with 2,600 SF of ground level retail space at the Park Morton site. The Avenue will offer 27 residential units for public housing residents, and 56 units will be designated for affordable housing.

Park Morton will be a 500 unit redevelopment project that will cost roughly $170 million to construct. After the building has been erected, the units will be evenly divided between public housing, affordable/workforce housing, and market rate housing.

The Fisherman of Men Church at 3641 Georgia Avenue is the temporary leasing office for the Avenue
