Description

Baldwin Apartments is a mixed-use, 33-unit LIHTC property developed by Insight Property Group. The project will target family households earning up to 50% AMI (13-units @ 30%, and 52-units at 50%) when completed. The development team received financing from DHCD (Department of Housing and Community Development), and Wells Fargo. Wells served as the construction lender and Tax Credit Investor. The total development cost is approximately $16,400,000. 

Washington, DC based McCullough Construction was the General Contractor for this project. H Street Development Corporation was also part of the development team. Faria Management will serve as the Property Management firm.
