Description

The Beacon Center will produce two apartment buildings that will offer a total of 99 units and two levels of below grade parking. Building A will provide 15 Transitional Family Housing Units and 45 Affordable Family Housing Units, and the second building will have 32 permanent supportive housing for veterans and 17 transitional housing units for single men according to Emory Fellowship. 

The construction is an adaptive reuse of the existing Emory Fellowship Church at 6100 Georgia Avenue, NW.
