The Buxton is a 24 unit residential apartment complex located in Historic Anacostia. The building will be redeveloped by Manna, a DC-based nonprofit organization. Manna acquired six boarded town homes in 2009 to gut and renovated the existing structures. When completed the Buxton will offer 12 apartments to households making 50 percent of the area median income, and the other 12 apartments will be reserved for households making 80 percent AMI in DC.
There are three distinct floor plans available, however each condo unit will offer 2 bd/2 baths.
