Description

The Exchange at Potomac Yard is the first phase of the Potomac Yards Town Center development project by MRP Realty. This is aspect of the project will produce a 5-story, Class A, 323 residential multi-family apartment units known as The Alric situated near the Potomac Yards Shopping Center and the future home of a WMATA metro station in Alexandria, VA. The housing project will showcase a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments when completed in 2014.

In addition to the residential component, there will be a 60,000 Giant Food grocery store, 625-key hotel and over 400,000 square feet of commercial office space.

SK&I Architectural Design Group and JBG Cos. are also part of the development team for this project. The exchange development site is also known as Landbay G.
