Description

The Exchange at Wheaton Station will be a 17-story, 800,000 sq ft., transit oriented development with approximately 486 residential apartment units and ground level retail space. There is will be three levels of parking available above the retail space to accommodate 432 vehicles. This will be separate from the 140 below grade parking spaces available for customers of the retail tenants. 

This project was "designed and constructed to LEED Certified". The ground level retail tenants will be: Safeway, Sun Trust Bank, Bergman's dry cleaners and Starbucks Coffee.
