Lowe Enterprises converted a 45 year old, 5-story apartment building in Wheaton, MD into a 12-story residential building with modern amenities. With the help of financing from Citizens Bank, and local development partners from Bonstra Haresign Architects and Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. the new complex was delivered for leasing in May of 2014.
