Description

The Kingsley Apartments will be part of a mixed use development project which will include a 51,500 sq ft full service Harris Teeter grocery store. There will be 175 apartment units situated above the Harris Teeter, and underground parking for residents and customers. In-unit features include: hardwood flooring, granite countertops in the kitchen, oversized windows, and energy saver appliances. 

The Pinkard Group and Buchanan Partners are developers, Davis Carter Scott served as the Architect on record, Rust Orling Architecture provided the exterior design, and Paradigm served as the General Contractor. Principal Real Estate Investors was an equity investor in this project.
