Description

Baybridge Property Group will redevelop the vacant 11-story bank building located at 114 E. Lexington Street in Baltimore into a mixed use development project with 102 residential units and 10,500 square feet of ground level retail space. The building was formally occupied by Provident Bank employees before the company was acquired by M&T Bank.

The developer is expected to use Enterprise Zone state tax credits, and tax abatement courtesy of the city's residential PILOT program to construct the Lenore. The complex will offer future residents one and two-bedroom apartments.
