Description

The Lumber Shed is a 32,000 sq ft mixed use office building in the Capitol Riverfront/Navy Yard area of Washington, DC. The development plans call for office space and ground level retail. Osteria Morini, a 4,200 sq ft Italian restaurant and Agua 301, a 3,600 sq ft modern Mexican cuisine restaurant, will be two of the retailers open for business at the Lumber Shed post construction. This site was formerly a Navy industrial building.

The Lumber Shed is part of the DC Yard development by Forest City.
