The Montrose Residences is a 15-unit, 33,000 square feet condominium project in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC. According to the Washington Post, the two and three bedroom units in the building will range from 1300-2500 square feet, and some of the flats will have 2 floors and a elevator. 

The market rate condominiums will range from $969,900-$3 million; however, there will be three units reserved for affordable housing. Prices for the affordable housing units will be based on the District of Columbia income criteria.

Before this redevelopment, the building initially served as a institution for blind people and then most recently a home for foster children.
