The South Tower will be designated for office buildings but the developer may also consider changing the South Tower to residential development.
Description
The North & South Towers will be two new buildings situated on the existing Elevation at Washington Gateway site. The Elevation at Washington Gateway is a 14-story apartment building that was constructed in 2014 by MRP.
