The vacant site at 1113-1117 H Street, NE (Woolworth Condos) will be developed into 16 residential units with approximately 2,000 sq ft of ground level retail space. Four out of the sixteen residential units will be reserved as affordable housing units; 2 of which will be for individual at or below 50 percent AMI, and the other 2 units will be for individuals at or below the 80 percent AMI level. The residential condos will start at $300,000.
This housing complex was designed to achieve LEED certification at the "certified" level as a minimum.
