Description

Transbay Tower is a 61-story, 1.4 million square foot office tower located in the Financial District. At 1,070 feet, the tower will be the tallest building in San Francisco upon delivery, and the seventh tallest building in the U.S. The tower will be built adjacent to the Transbay Transit Center which is scheduled to be completed in 2017.

The lead developer for this project is Boston Properties (95 percent owner), Hines owns 5 percent interest in the project.
