Trinity Plaza will be a mixed use complex with 49 affordable housing units ranging from 1-3 bedroom apartments for households that make below 60 percent AMI. The subject property will also include 12,000 SF of commercial office space, and 5,300 square feet of retail space on the ground level of the four story building. According to Mission First Housing Development Corporation there will be 14-one bedroom units, 33-two bedroom units, and 2-three bedroom units when the project is completed.

The site is located in the Bellevue neighborhood of Washington, DC and the development is currently surrounded by single family detached homes and several retail shopping centers. "Mission First will be a joint owner of the residential condo with Far SW-SE CDC under the low income housing tax credit structure, while the CDC and Lydias House will own the retail condo."

Based on information from Mission First, the project financing includes tax exempt bonds credit enhanced through Bank of America, 4% tax credits, and DC Department of Housing and Community Development gap financing.
