Description

Twelve 12 is a 9-story mixed use development project in the Capitol Riverfront/Navy Yard neighborhood of Washington, DC. There will be 88,000 square feet of retail; Harris Teeter, Sweetgreen, Bang Salon, Aua Spa and Vida Fitness are scheduled to occupy retail space. 

From a residential perspective, there will be 218 rental apartments; 20 percent of the apartments will be designated for affordable housing. Tenants will have the option of choosing studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments when the site is completed.

Twelve 12 is part of the DC Yards development project by Forest City.
