Tysons Corner Center will be a 1.4 million sq ft construction project situated next to Tysons Corner Mall in Virginia. The site will include a 300-key luxury Hyatt Regency hotel, retail space for restaurants, luxury rental housing units, and designated commercial office space at Tysons Tower. Hines is going to manage the development of the office space, Woodbine Development will manage the construction of the hotel, and Kettler will manage the luxury apartment construction.
