Bozzuto and Wesley Housing Development Corporation are teaming up to develop 193 residential apartments at the existing Pierce Queen apartment community. The complex will be renovated to include 12 apartment homes, and the remaining 181 residences will be located in a brand new 12-story high-rise. 74 units will be reserved for affordable housing.

With respect to financing "Arlington County is providing significant subordinate financing; construction financing is provided by Capital One Bank; Walker & Dunlop is the permanent lender; Virginia Housing Development Authority awarded competitive 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits to finance the project; and Hudson Housing Capital is the projects tax credit investor."
