Description

The development team of the Victoria Falls project will construct three 25-unit apartment building in Laurel, MD. Upon completion, 75 units will be added to the planned community, bringing the total number of residential units at the Victoria Falls community to 609. Each of the new rental units will average roughly 1200 sq ft. in size.

Victoria Falls was originally constructed in 2004.
