John Hancock Real Estate Development and Mill Creek Residential have come together to develop the View at Waterfront in Southwest Washington, DC. The site located alongside the original View of Waterfront which was built in 1963 and renovated in 2014. The new property will produce 276 housing units. The floor plans indicate that there will be studio apartments, one, and two bedroom units with loft space.

In addition to the residential component, the property will also offer 4,000 square feet of ground level retail space when completed. The View at Waterfront offers access to the Waterfront Metro Station which runs off the green line, and L'enfant Plaza Metro Station is also in close proximity.
