The Virgin Hotel is a 26-story, 250 key hotel situated in Downtown Chicago that is scheduled to open for reservations in early 2015. The hotel is part of the lifestyle hotel brand of the Virgin Group by Richard Brunson. The development of the subject property will take place on the site of the Old Dearborn Bank building which was originally constructed in 1928. 

The property will deliver female-conscious guest rooms, and premium room options include two penthouse suites, and 38 one bedroom suites. Guests and patrons of the subject property have numerous dining options. Selections include The Common Club (a two-story "hybrid of bar/lounge, laid-back study and restaurant"), Miss Ricky's All American Diner, and a rooftop bar and lounge.

Neighbors of the property include the Chicago Opera Theatre, Beck's Books Stores, and Morton's Steakhouse.
