Description

Watkins Alley is a residential development project led by Maryland based OPaL Development Company. The group has plans to construct 44 city homes in Hill East; 29 townhouses, eight flats, six loft homes, and a carriage house. The proposed development would replace an existing auto repair shop, parking lot, and warehouse.

The project will provide 5 two- and three bedroom affordable housing units when complex. 4 of the units will be available at 50% AMI, and one at 80% AMI.
