Funding for the residential component will come from a variety of source; HPTF (Housing Production Trust Fund), and LIHTC will will be part of the financing make up of this project.
Description
Eastbanc and Dantes Partners have plans to construct 61 residential units above the new West End Library. The residential component will feature a mixed income apartment complex with 52 units reserved for households that generate 31-50 percent AMI, and 3 units for households that generate less than 30 percent AMI.
