Description

Buchanan Park is a multi-phase residential development project on Capitol Hill that consists of 41 townhomes, and 41 condominiums. The project will be developed on the former 92,899 SF Buchanan School grounds. Federal Capital Partners and Insight Property Group will lead the townhome development project, and Ditto Residential will coordinate the development of the condominiums. 

McWilliam Ballard will market the townhomes, DC-based Maurice Walter was the Architecture firm for the project, Akseizer Design Group served as the interior designer, and Alexandria, Virginia based- Parker Rodriquez was also part of the design team. 

According to a press released prepared by Federal Capital Partners, Citizens Bank provided acquisition and predevelopment financing, Cushman & Wakefield managed the debt placement and Jayne Shister of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, of the property International Graduate University. The site was acquired for $21 million.
