Description

Four Corners (also known as 10-30 Bowdoin Street) is a 31-unit affordable housing development project led by Massachusetts based development company, Codman Square Development Corporation. When completed, there will be 28-apartment units, and 3 townhomes. The project will deliver and mix of studio,1,2, and 3-bedroom units for households earning between 0-60 percent AMI. The townhomes will offer three-bedrooms units when completed. A total of 8 units will be designated for households earning less than 30% AMI, 2 units of households earning less than 50% AMI, and 21 units for households earning less than 60% AMI. 

In addition to the dwelling units, there will 9,920 square feet of retail space and 38 parking spaces (31-structured/garage parking, and 7 surface lots). 18-21 spaces will be reserved for residents. According to Bostonplans.org, between the garage and the parking lot will be up to 25 additional parking spaces provided as 2 hour parking, meaning there will be off-street parking opportunities.

The project was awarded 9 percent tax credits from the Massachusetts Housing in 2018. The mid-rise apartment building will be located at 10-18 Bowdoin Street, and the townhomes will be situated at 100-104 Bowdoin Avenue.
